What's changing
You can feel the ground moving.
Maybe restructuring reached your team. Maybe your work is quietly being automated, or the market stopped rewarding the job you spent twenty years learning. Maybe it seems that your perfected application can't win a shrinking market. The hardest part usually isn't the job search — it's the quiet feeling that your value disappeared along with the role.
It didn't. Your experience, your talents, and everything you've learned are still here. They need a new direction, and a method for finding it.
Outcomes
What you walk away with
01
A direction that's unmistakably yours
We map what you're actually good at — talents, experience — and turn it into a defined business niche you can explain in one sentence. Not a compromise. A career direction you'd choose.
02
A market that knows you exist
We identify who has the problem you solve and how to reach them. Then we rebuild how you show up, and we help you build a live pipeline of real opportunities.
03
A method that stays yours
Reinvention isn't a one-off. We will teach you the method so that you can navigate this process independently in the future — whenever you need to reinvent your career again. You will own your Personal Operating Manual, a 30/60/90-day plan, and the confidence that comes from having done it once already.
“I feel more free and empowered. My horizon got wider and I have a clear direction I'm excited about. I know how to make money now and in the future — and I feel more alive.”
How it works
How the 10-week program runs
Every Saturday
Workshops with a reinvention coach
The core session each week, live, 60–120 minutes. Where the method is taught and practised.
Between sessions
Weekly practice with AI tools
Battle-tested, purpose-built prompts and workspaces that do the heavy lifting between sessions: your talents report, market research, outreach drafts, conversation prep.
In private
1:1 with your coach
Regular private sessions on your direction, your materials and your specific situation.
Alongside you
Your cohort
A small group going through the same thing at the same time. Accountability groups, shared examples, honest feedback on what you're sending out into the market.
Expect to give this 3–5 hours a week beyond the Saturday session.
Who it's for
This is built for you if:
You're an experienced professional — and your role, industry or earning model is being reshaped.
You've done well by being good at your job, and you can feel that this alone is no longer enough.
You want to take the situation into your own hands. You're not looking to be rescued.
You can commit to Saturday mornings and 3–5 hours a week for ten weeks.
You're willing to be uncomfortable in useful ways: talking to strangers, being visible, hearing no.
Why believe us
Where this method comes from
This isn't a course someone wrote from theory. It's built from executive search — years of seeing who actually gets hired and why — combined with executive coaching, professional assessment, DBT-based practice for the hard parts, and real reinvention experience.
Until now, this kind of support existed almost exclusively at the executive level, priced accordingly. We've translated it into a structured ten-week process, made it work in a cohort, and put AI tools underneath the parts that used to take weeks. It isn't cheaper career coaching. It's executive-grade reinvention, made accessible.

The intro call
Start with a conversation
Every place in this cohort starts with a 30-minute call.
We'll look at where you are now, what's changing in your professional world, and what you want next. Then we'll assess whether this program can genuinely help you move forward — and we'll tell you honestly if we don't think it's the right fit.
There's no obligation at this stage and nothing to prepare.
